Youth Programs:
| Nursery Care: |
We have nursery care available each Sunday beginning at 9:45 through the
end of the worship service. |
| Sunday School: |
Kids have the opportunity to enjoy part of the worship service with
their family. At approximately 10:25 Sunday School begins. Families
can choose to have the children stay with them through the remainder of
the service, or attend Sunday School. We are very pleased to be able to
offer a comprehensive curriculum called Faithweaver.

| Kids Club: |
This is our mid-week youth group offered to children ages 4 on up. Kids
Club is every Wednesday night from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. It is a fun
way to reinforce our Sunday school lessons with an extra twist. Typical
activities will include the Bible focus of the night supported by games,
crafts, and other activities. |
| Lighthouse Youth Group: |
Lighthouse Youth Group at Fairport Community
Baptist Church encourages all kids grades 6-12 to join us on Wednesday
evenings from 7-8pm for fun discussion based lessons and group activities. We
are looking forward this year to exploring some volunteer opportunities with
local organizations, and are planning some seasonal activities as well
including ice skating and sledding. Please come and check us out, and invite a

| Common Grounds: |
Common Grounds Coffee House is a monthly event at Fairport Community
Baptist Church for Middle School and High School youth. We meet on the
second Friday of every month from 8-10pm. The coffee house is an adult
supervised, safe, fun place for Fairport youth to come and hang out with
their friends, play board games and card games, listen to music and
drink their favorite coffee drinks. Common Grounds is completely
free of charge. Please come and see what the coffee house is all about,
and bring a friend! |
| Monthly: |
Each month we host a special activity for our kids. This can include
but is not limited to: Kids Sunday, movie night, plays, Parents Night
Out, miniature golfing, ice or roller skating, swimming at the
recreation center, fun nights, etc. |

Opportunities in
|
We are very
happy to be able to include our children in the Sunday worship service.
We have a kids choir for special occasions and seasonal celebrations.
Twice a year we host a Kids Sunday. On an ongoing basis the kids have an
opportunity to do scripture readings, greet the church family as they
arrive, and ushering. |

Community Missions: |
We feel that it is important to teach our children about faithful community service. Our children help support our regular church missions. In addition we are partnering with a local adult care facility. The kids get hands on service providing in a safe, comfortable and supervised environment. |
